Study on the Synthesis and Rheological Properties of Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer with Different Main Link Density

Abstract Rheological properties of concrete are considered to be the most ideal method characterize working performance concrete. models used quantitatively based on yield stress and viscosity fresh cement paste. In this paper, Rheology QC was study influence different main link densities (acid-ether ratios) rheological The Bingham model fit curve slurry, stress, plastic viscosity, thixotropic ring area slurry analyzed. And structural characterization were carried out. results show that decrease with increase density, also increases first then decreases. When acid-ether ratio is 3.5, dispersion, rheology, thixotropy sample better.
